Terms of Use — photographer waitlist

Who we are and what these terms cover

Pic Pic Club (“we”) runs this site, photographer.picpic.club, where photographers can join the waitlist for Pic Pic Club, an event photo platform that has not yet opened photographer sign-up. These terms cover only this site and the waitlist form. By using the site or sending the form, you accept them.

When you sign up on the platform, its own terms and privacy policy apply to your account and replace these. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The waitlist

You must be 18 or older to join.
The information you give us must be true and yours. Do not sign up on behalf of someone else without their permission.
Joining the waitlist is free and does not create an account or a contract for any service.
Joining does not guarantee an invitation, a date or any particular feature, price or condition. We decide whom to invite and when.
You can leave the waitlist at any time by writing to @picpic.club on Instagram.

What the site describes

The site describes a platform that is still being built. Features, the community of photographers and any other plans it mentions may change, arrive later or not happen. Nothing on the site is an offer you can accept.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to:

Send false, offensive or unlawful information, or someone else's data.
Send spam or automated submissions, or try to overload, scan or break into the site.
Copy the site or use it to pass yourself off as Pic Pic Club.

We may remove submissions that break these rules.

Our brand and content

The Pic Pic Club name, logo, texts and design of this site belong to Pic Pic Club. You may share links to the site, but you may not use the brand or the content for other purposes without our written permission.

Third-party services

The site relies on services run by others: the waitlist form is shown by Fillout, our support account is on Instagram, and, only if you accept cookies, Google measures visits. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, for information, and may be unavailable, change or close at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from the use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact

Changes. If we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page with its date. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
